12 Week Summer Fat Loss Challenge Results!

Back in September you may remember we advertised a 12-week summer fat loss challenge that we were going to be running which would be finishing up at the end of November. We it has come and gone and with over 20 participants we now have our winner’s!

1st Place: Marline – 11.9% body fat lost!

  • 33.8% to 21.9% body fat in 12 weeks! (11.9%)
  • Lean mass 60kg-62.4kg

During my 12 weeks I have trained twice a week with Claudine Newton. She is an amazing trainer and just who I needed to help me reach my goal. I have lost close to 12 kilos and more than 10% body fat, I fit back into my pre-pregnancy clothes which is amazing and something I never thought possible after two kids and gaining almost 30kg’s over a 6 year period.

This doesn”t stop here, my energy levels are so high that I am so aware of the things that I couldn”t do before like getting of the coach and going up and down the stairs. It was one Friday afternoon after eating my chicken burger and chips that I decided something had to change. I came across a testimonial on the Clean Health website and decided to pick up the phone. I met with Rawdon the next day and received my BioSignature results – I was at 88.5kg and my body fat was close to 25%! He ran through a new eating plan and although the thought of eating a paleo diet, wasn’t too appealing at first, it’s something that I now enjoy.

I trained weekly with Tom, a great trainer, who always pushed me to my limits while also making sure that form and technique were correct – it’s been awesome.  An added bonus is that everyone at Clean Health is always willing to help so I also got a few tips from Rawdon and Claudine while working out.  During the 12 weeks Claudine checked the progress of my BioSignature, provided me with regular program and tips on nutrition and supplementation.

The training program regularly changed, and continues to do so, and that is great for keeping the gym sessions interesting. I can definitely say that I have enjoyed learning and adopting the diet and nutrition as well as the training. One thing I also liked about Clean Health was that they were very thorough with explanations about diet and also took time to review my blood test results to determine what vitamins were lacking and what additional supplements would help me out.

This is just the start for me and I am looking forward to continuing to improve with the team at Clean Health and can’t wait to reach my goal of under 10% body fat by the end of January 2012!

I was given the 12-week package to me as a birthday present from my girlfriend. I have been training for many years previously and after a quite serious shoulder injury I had struggled to get back into shape and also was very low on confidence in the gym with my training.

Kosta lost just under 9% body fat and gained over 7kg of lean muscle in 12 weeks!

I was lucky enough to be paired up with Rawdon for the 12-week challenge. Within the first two weeks noticed huge gains which re-ignited my love for training. 12 weeks later and I have dropped almost half my entire body fat and now I am in better shape than before my injury and have really learned the importance of nutrition and also how to train correctly and much more efficiently.
