Milos Sarcev 3 Day Muscle Camp at the CHPC: Sun Feb 3rd-Tue Feb 5th, 2013

As discussed earlier last year in this interview with bodybuilding legend Milos Sarcev we have finally confirmed that he will be attending our state of the art personal training and performance centre located at basement level, 499 Kent St Sydney’s CBD in February for a 3 day muscle camp where a lucky 30 people will have the opportunity to not only learn detailed theory on everything on fat loss to muscle building but also get to practically apply it with two grueling workouts per day!

The goal of this camp will be to build as much muscle as possible whilst learning from one of the top bodybuilding guru’s in the world. Not only will there be 6 workouts showcasing Milos’ training systems, but he will also be holding detailed lectures which will cover:

  • Maximizing hypertrophy
  • Exercise physiology related to fat loss and hypertrophy
  • Nutrition for bodybuilders and physique competitors
  • Contest preparation


  • Sunday February 3rd through to Tuesday February the 5th
  • Times are from 10.00am through to 6.00pm each day

Fees involved are:

  • $1200+GST ($1320)
