Nathan has been a coach since he finished school, entering the fitness industry in 2015. Nathan is passionate about proper form and execution and prioritises functional development in order to achieve results with his clients. Dedicated to building strong foundations and generating gains in strength, Nathan believes that a health & fitness transformation comes from mastering the basics and executing perfect form.
