Generally speaking we have 12 programs but we will tailor the program length specific to your health, fitness and wellness goals.

Your coaching will all be done via the exclusive Clean Health App.

We use unique accountability measures along with weekly check ins. We will track your measurements, workouts, steps and nutrition and set daily goals to help you achieve your big picture goal!

You will receive a training program, access to our exclusive app, a personalized nutritional plan and/or calorie and macro goals as well as weekly check-ins. We will ensure you receive ongoing support to unlock long term success!

We will track results and progress with your check in photos and measurements and monitor your training by tracking your workouts and what you are lifting each session.

This will be dependent on your individual needs and goals. We recommend 3 sessions per week as a minimum, and have more advanced clients or athletes training up to 6-7 times per week leading into a competition.

Yes! Our coaches are experienced and well-educated in nutrition coaching and can tailor your nutrition to suit your personal diet, whether that be low carb or keto, vegetarian or vegan, high carb, fodmap, low GI or more!

Yes! Our App is exclusive to our clients only. You will be working with an industry leading coach, and using an app which has been designed by us, for you to ensure you get the best possible results you can!

Yes! You will be able to upload your weekly check in photos, your measurements and you will be able to sync all fitness and nutrition trackers, such as your Fitbit, Apple watch or My Fitness Pal, so all data is automatically uploaded for us to view daily!

Not at all! Our Clean Health App was designed with client-experience in mind and is very user friendly. If you are unsure what to do, we will be available to give you guidance.

Yes! The programs you receive each phase will be designed for you, by us, and will have videos of every exercise you need to perform. The App will also include an exercise library with videos of all exercises!
