  3. How to overcome client compliance issues, emotional eating, and optimise their mindset inside and outside the gym to help them achieve their goals.
  4. Advanced program design for general population fat loss and hypertrophy goals, periodisation and how to structure it all together to get sustainable results.
  5. How to coach physique athletes for bikini, bodybuilding, fitness, and physique to ensure they maintain their health whilst bringing their best package to stage.

Assessment Criteria

To become certified as a Biolayne Nutrition Coach, you’ll need to demonstrate competency across three key areas.
