So let’s get the rules straight from the start just so you don’t feel surprised, there is absolutely NO GLUTEN! But don’t worry, you will not notice the difference!
This recipe guide will allow you to have a cheat day but won’t tip you off the caliper reading the week after.
ENTREE: Stuffed Figs – Fresh figs stuffed with goat’s cheese wrapped in prosciutto
You will need
- 12 organic figs
- 12 sheets of Prosciutto
- Halve the fresh figs
- Stuff a dollop of goats cheese inside them
- Wrap them up in the prosciutto and hold shut with a toothpick
- You will want at least a dozen of these for a party of 6, as they get gobbled up rapidly
