A: Yes, you must have completed (or been enrolled in) our Program Design Essentials workshop or Performance PT Online Certification (Level 1 minimum). 

A: Of course! About 20% of our students do this program for their own training and general health. So yes, having prior knowledge training does help, but it isn’t essential! 

A: The PDM workshop is suitable for personal trainers, strength coaches, physiotherapists, allied health professionals, or even those who want to take their own training and results to new heights; there’s something for everyone to learn.

A: Our PDM workshop is based on our unique program design methods, designed through a combination of years of real-world experience and the latest cutting-edge scientific research. 

It’s designed to help you get results immediately whilst ensuring your clients progress safely and effectively as you learn. 

A: The PDM workshop is a great starting point if you want to become an expert personal trainer or strength coach; however, if you’re going to become an industry expert and in the top 5%, the Performance PT Coach certification is for you. 

The PDM workshop is considered the level 2 equivalent of the PPT certification, taught over 3-levels, 16 modules and 180+ lessons and is the most comprehensive program design certification available today. Click here to find out more. 

A: This workshop is 50% practical and 50% theory, and you will be training 2-3 times per day. So, bring a change of training gear at a minimum. You’ll also need a notepad, pen, laptop and whatever else you require at the event.

A: Of course! On top of that, you also get added to our global trainer directory as a certified Clean Health coach. 

A: Yes, you will receive 5 CEUs with this course.
