Today’s training… Jes Squats 85kg for 3 reps during her Advanced GVT program @ 55kg body weight

Hi everyone,

Below is a video from today of me coaching our Senior Coach and Figure Competitor Jes Murphy through her advanced german volume training workout where she completed 10 sets at 85kg for 3 reps at only 55kg body weight out of our St Leonards Anytime Fitness location. I plan to have her hit a 100kg squat by the end of January 2012.

This is a perfect example of a woman being very lean but also very strong!
