So thinking back to this past Christmas… always a great time of the year! Everyone is in a good mood and you can smell Christmas dinner cooking for hours on end as we all sit around and put our feet up laughing at each other from years gone past. The Christmas I just had was like every other Christmas gone before, with the family huddled around a big house for the day, my mother in law was in charge of the Christmas dinner this year. Great, a day off for me!
Yesterday one of my senior personal trainers’ and fat loss specialist Tom Hewett decided to film a round of a brutal leg workout I was taking Strength Coach and Fitness Model Rachel Guy through. So I have decided to share it for you all below. It’s a perfect example of how weight training can be used to achieve maximal fat loss results in place of your traditional industry based cardio approach.

It is safe to say I have done everything and tried everything!
For as long as I can remember I have continuously been bombarded on Facebook daily….

I plan to have her hit a 100kg squat by the end of January 2012.
Well firstly let me start by saying happy new years! Last year (2 days ago!) I talked about the importance of being specific with your

With 2012 just upon us it is a good time to reflect on the year that was 2011. Some questions for you…
Did you obtain the results you were after in the gym?
Have you reached your peak health potential?
If you answered no to both of those questions then ask yourself why not and then think about what needs to be done to achieve them.
Champ Private Equity
Dear Daine, Thank you so much for presenting at the 2009 CHAMP Private Equity Annual CFO Forum. Your brief was to present to a small group of Chief Financial Officers from our various portfolio companies. We wanted to have one topic during the Forum that was a little outside the square and more focused on the health and productivity of the individual.
We knew that your presentation would be good otherwise we wouldn’t have hired you initially but I have to say how good it was and the level of interaction with the audience blew us away.
